Doggone it! You are one well-traveled doggie. When I saw you had been to Asheville, my heart skipped a beat, because that is on ly a little over an hour drive from me.

I shuddered when I read the part about the bats, though, because I am petrified of them. You are so brave!

Can't wait until you come to Tennessee, because you will find that the most welcoming place of all for doggies is Aunt Pam's.

Good thing you love traveling. Callie (mini-dashhound) came to visit us last Christmas, all the way from Blacksburg Virgina. She spent her first summer at Virgina Beach and loved it. Callie would put Virginga Beach on a top place to visit.

Sad to say, our cats did not welcome her, mainly they hid after growling at her people for bringing her in. But she was one smart dog, took her for a walk and she knew which house was mine by recognising her car out front. And my kids have great fun spoiling her.
